President
Dr. Patricia Hauser is the CEO of PHCD, and because of her passion to see a positive impact in
the community and for young girls and boys to pursue their life goals and dreams, she believes
it first starts with herself by not only where youth can benefit from her knowledge and
experience but also of her giving of her time to exploring particular causes as an activist for
social change for our youth and promoting a positive impact for strengthening families.
Professionally, as the president of the non-profit organization Potter’s House Community
Development, Inc (PHCD)., a 501 (c) (3) organization established in 2001; A CDC outreach
organization dedicated to achieving immediate and lasting changes in the community by
providing viable resources to the underserved community through outreach, events, trainings,
workshops, and mentorship.
Educationally, Pastor Hauser obtained her Doctor of Ministry (D. Min) from United Theological
Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. She also obtained her Master of Divinity (M.Div) from Payne
Theological Seminary. Pastor Hauser has two Associate of Science Degrees (Nursing and
Computer Engineering) and two Bachelor of Science Degrees (Psychology and Zoology)
